Terms & Conditions

1. Please bring your Flight Voucher & Booking Confirmation with you when you take your flight
2. Vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of issue, which may be extended on payment of an administration fee, unless they are for a flight at a specific event in which case they may be held over to the following year’s event.
3. Weight restrictions may apply to passengers, which will vary depending on the aircraft in use.  The weight restriction for Trial Lessons in the Robinson R22 is 17 stones.  Please contact us for further information if you are in doubt.
4. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable
5. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash
6. Flights may be subject to delay or cancellation due to weather, Air Traffic Control restrictions or other operational considerations outside our control.  Elite Helicopters and their Agents cannot be held responsibility for any costs incurred by the passenger or their associates arising from such delays or cancellations.
